Come and join us for a 3-day weekend designed to nourish your soul!

The world has been a lot these last 5 years - and it is continuing! Let’s take some time together to do the things we need to do for ourselves.

Reconnect with yourself and nature, and enjoy a sense of community with your peers, while gently exploring our own therapeutic work.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A shared sacred space where we hold each others intentions, struggles, and dreams.

  • Rejuvenated sense of your connection to this work.

  • Creating group processes together: a therapeutic constellation on the world, and an exploration of how the individual and group move together.

  • Six delicious and nutritious meals, cooked by Marion Baker. Coffee, tea, fruit and snacks.

  • Two nights of accomodation in a log-cabin house by the Sumallo river. You have the option of a twin bed in a room shared with one other participant, or alternatively you can camp out in a tent (also shared).

  • Camp fire chats, complete with ‘smores and maybe even some campfire singing.

  • Time to do your own thing, such as yoga or a morning swim, or to connect with colleagues.

  • All activities are optional, and if you need to take some time to chill or go for a hike, and enjoy being spoiled, that is completely up to you!

WHAT TO BRING

A camping chair, to sit in the river or if we do a circle outside.

Mosquito repellant - yes it is summer and yes there are mosquitos!

Yoga mat, if desired for breath session, and a water bottle.

Swim suit, sunscreen, sun glasses, swim towel.
